Process for FATCA Self Declaration at NSDL Website

Step 1

 Visit NSDL CRA website and login with your NPS Account ID and Password

Step 2

 Goto Transactions Menu and select FATCA Self Declaration

Step 3 

 Upon Selecting the menu option FATCA Certification form comes up. 

Fill in the details and click on the Submit Button

Step 4

Click on the check box for Declaration and press the Confirm Button 

Step 5 

 NSDL CRA will send One Time Password (OTP) on PRAN holder's registered Mobile No.

Enter the OTP and press Submit OTP Button

Step 6

 Upon submitting the OTP,, user will receive the Acknowledgement ID as confirmation of FATCA Self Declaration.
